In a British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) magazine article I found some statistics relating to the UK population regarding access to counselling. 88% of responses said that it is important to make counselling accessible to all those who need it. 53% said that their mental health suffers because of the burden of debt and 68% said that addressing mental health should be the Governments priority in the coming years.
The wide ranging diagnosis of neuro diversity is helping to make the population more aware of the difficulties that people grapple with. Becoming more sensitive and incorporating personal development into practical wisdom can be a time consuming process that requires persistence and years of focused dedication..
The impact that counselling can have is massive. For adults over eighteen years, I can provide an indicative Autism, ASD or ADHD test. Please ask for details.
Here is a brief look at my book that was written from the writing in my own counselling trauma diary.

Reviews
"Poetry helps us to express feelings and ideas in a way which is memorable. It can be the bridge between our thinking and 'feeling' mind and therefore a powerful means of communication. Hidden within Karl's poems are gems, insights that feed us: angels being able to fly because they hold things lightly, 'The rainbow-chasing ceased', 'A step out of the wilderness towards wonder'. Great soul food. Read and eat!" – Dr Lin Button, founder of the Healing Prayer School, All Saints Woodford Wells.
